Received the item fast . Well packed . No problems there . Just with the functionality of the open close mechanism .It worked perfect the first few times . Now it seems like every other time I use it (twist closed ) it does not close completely. I have to assist it manually . Not really happy about this at all . Was not the purpose of me investing all that money to still have to touch it . I had one in Europe for 15+ years and never once had this problem .Would like to contact the seller to see if this is a normal issue or van it be fixed. Then I will adjust the rating .
