I love Oakley gear! This bag is the perfect size for a Range Bag for me. It’s sturdy and stylish construction makes it perfect to be thrown around in my vehicle and at the range. It’s a very stylish bag and I often get compliments on it.This is what you would consider an average size backpack. Kitchen sink was too big for my needs and glad they offer this one. Well made and surprisingly light. The size is exactly what I wanted. I have the kitchen sink and it was so big I over packed and it was heavy. I also have smaller Laptop now 15 inch fits perfect in this new packI have had this backpack for 2 weeks. I am 5ft 2 and I find that it is a great size. I don't agree with those that say it is too large. It is really a cool backpack and made to last. The very top outside pocket is perfect for my phone and the side pockets fit my water bottles. I walk my dog everyday and when I feel that I am going to need to get into the backpack often I just leave it zippered and not clipped. There is a trick to the clips/latches on the front. Instead of pulling them down, pull them out and they come off with no trouble. I also find that the shoulder straps are very comfortable. When I walk my dog I have lots of weight in the bag because I feed ducks as I go, so I have: my phone, duck food, duck paper water bowls, 3 bottles of water for ducks and one for my dog & me, a hat, a stun gun, pad & pen, first aid, extra leash and a few other small misc. stuff. DEFINITELY worth it!!! BUY IT!OK, so it has been a little over 6 months. I'm still loving it!! Just absolutely perfect in every way!!It's a big pack. Given it's outer dimensions, seems like it should hold more than it actually does. Reason: All the extra bling and doo-dads & stuff. The fancy hardware, goggles holder/bonnet, and pressure molded back panel greatly diminish the amount of usable interior space. Also, most other packs are replete with an assortment of various compartments. Oakley's design favors a large, cavernous bag with a minimal number of satellite storage spaces. The Kitchen Sink is more of a weekender/tool bag - very durable with large, defined storage spaces. Unlike a PC backpack, the Kitchen Sink does not have layers of zippered and mesh compartments, ports for device wires, more than two pen holders, water bottle or key-ring holders, or ANY kind of quick access space. Moving from a pc bag to this might leave you underwhelmed. That being said: It's still a GREAT bag! It's still a big bag too. Although slightly less than you'd think, it still has a huge storage capacity. The space-hogging, back panel and interior padding give my 15" laptop absolute protection. Materials and manufacture are first rate. Zippers, pulls, rings and other hardware appear to be quite durable and well-secured. Zippered floor panel and interior storage liner keep shoes separate from main compartment. (I do miss the floor vents and zipper-pull snap from the previous model) This bag is extremely comfortable with or without the padded waist strap. It is very well balanced when worn over both shoulders or just one. It's a great looking bag. The unique design is very compelling. I went with the stealth black over the flash of the chrome. If you just want a gym bag, go with the Bathroom Sink. If you want college student / pc bag, this ins't it. If you need a weekend bag or a tool pack that also safely stores a laptop, the Kitchen Sink will delight you.Comfort: 5 starsThe padded shoulder straps and the back support that looks like Batman’s six-pack make wearing the backpack very comfortable.Design: 3 starsOakley made it a little inconvenient to open up and access your items in the main and bottom center compartments. The advantage to this would be intimidating pickpockets from stealing your things while you have the pack on your back. Beware that the 2-way zipper visible on many online images is not on the newer models.Name: 1 starOakley could have come up with a better name for the bag. At least “Bathroom Sink” is better than “Bathroom Toilet,” even though the top flap kind of resembles one and you end up putting all your crap in it.Price: 4 starsMSRP is $175, but the backpack is available from plenty of Amazon sellers for much less. Even the larger Kitchen Sink sells for less than $175 on Amazon.Quality: 5 starsThe material (cables, lining, metal, Velcro straps, zippers, etc.) is durable and heavy-duty. However, carrying or hanging a loaded pack from the thin top handle may risk tear and damage.Size: 5 stars23L is on the smaller side, but just enough for the essential, everyday gear. For someone of average height/weight, the bag to person size ratio looks well-balanced.Style: 5 starsSeems like a backpack that Batman would gear up with. It looks very sporty and military or ninja-like. Even the inside lining is black. Do not be deceived by the name of the color “Stealth Black”—although it appears very covert, the sounds from the metal parts, Velcro, and zippers could reveal your location to your enemy.carry my 13inch MacBook pro, various other bits of kit and a rain mac- v happy. hopefully it will last - too early to predict reliabilityThis all doing kit bag trust me worth every penny it works for me as a every day bag overnight up to four days its brilliantVery uncomfortable racksack to wear also quite heavy even when empty .Fantastic looking backpack that's feature-laden & draws admiring glance and comments from all & sundry. Expensive, but worth itFantastic Product, looks good and is very durable.
